Worst customer service ever people. I guess I should have read the reviews before we decided to go here. The reason they don’t stand behind their products is because the sell defective products and hope people do jot realize it before the month is through so the warranty would expire. Save yourself a trip and and some money by going anywhere, but here. I may have lost a couple hundred by dealing with these thieves, but i will try my best to steer anyone clear of this place. Especially all the local schools that recommend this place to parents.

It’s taken multiple phone calls and I still don’t have my full refund. They all speak with the mouthpiece too close to their mouths, they all have heavy accents and they’re in a super noisy call center, it’s horrendous, and they’ll all tell you different things, such as you’re refund will process in a couple days to no refunds aren’t processed automatically and only done at the end of the month. I also had someone tell me there’s no managers to speak with. I guess I was talking to the CEO of music and arts.

I’m all for a smaller local music store that isn’t a big box corporation like guitar center, but this leaves a lot to be desired
