They had a new percussion kit available for my daughter who is going into 5th grade. I was able to reserve the kit on their website. I confirmed the reservation the next day with them via email and phone call, just in case. I was able to go over the contract, payment, and picked the kit up in person the day after. Very smooth and affordable process. Thank you again!

They listen to me when I suggest things to be done and are responsive to requests I have. The Tech is very experienced and knowledgeable and is patient with all my questions. I take my flute in for a checkup about every six months and they always do a great job. I highly recommend the shop.

When my oldest was ready for a professional level clarinet, I chatted with staff to find out their current in stock inventory, explained my budget and set up an appointment for my daughter to play thru the instruments available. Staff laid out over a half dozen instruments that would fit our needs and let her use their performance studio to quietly test thru each instrument, to the tune of taking 2 hours! They let her take her time, didn't rush us, answered questions about instrument differences when we had them and made the entire experience very low pressure for her. We have been very pleased with Horn Stash as a place to purchase instruments and supplies, as well as handling all of the repairs that both of my musicians have needed. We will continue to use Horn Stash for all of our needs!
