I was set out to buy a stand, but Erik knew that I needed a different style and explained why it was so. Also gave me a bunch of pointers and helped pick out a cymbal. I have unlocked a new vigor to play the drums! Best service ever !

The sales guy knew I was on a budget but went out of his way to show me the difference between two pianos that were similarly priced. I also bought a guitar and that employee took his time with me and was very helpful. Just today I went to buy speakers that would plug into both my record player and projector and the sales guy found me the perfect ones and explained how they worked, and got me the cord I needed. They have items at all different price points and really help you if you don't know what to buy.

Aug 20, 2024 · Noah HarrisThe store manager Nick, was very unhelpful and impolite. He had an attitude and was very rude when I inquired about renting a speaker system for a company event. He made it seem like my basic questions were a major inconvenience. On top of that, they have an old price sheet out for rentals and now charge a lot more. When I asked why they haven’t updated pricing he told me that he didn’t know and that he wouldn’t honor the original price in a very condescending tone. This guy shouldn’t be managing a store. Stay far away from this location.
