May 28, 2024 · T LGetting back into playing after a decade away, I brought in my neglected flute and a used sax I won at auction. The technician and staff were very welcoming and gave options on level of repair and overhaul to fit my needs with no pressure. Both instruments were repaired quickly at reasonable cost in under a week and play like new. Nice selection of high end instruments and supplies in stock. Highly recommended.
Mar 09, 2023 · Neil ElverI can't speak on their other repair work, but I just took my flutes in, and they did a great job. I asked for light spring action and a COA or "A&O" as they call it. It played well and looked cleaner. I paid a VERY reasonable price on this service. Really happy they're also working on my alto and picc too after seeing the work on my c flute. The shop has quite a few accessories in store and even a little recital hall area for test playing or anything really. How lucky for the locals to have this store near them!

At four months beyond the date of my last annual O&A, I needed to cease dithering and choose someone to entrust with one of my favorite possessions. I believe I lucked out with the folks at Fix This! I opted for a clean and O&A. The turnaround was remarkable, and my flute looks like the day I received it six years ago. Much more importantly, though, so far, it’s playing wonderfully. Thank you! (Postscript: The price was also incredibly reasonable.)
