Nov 27, 2024 · J LewisI was searching for an acoustic guitar that everyone said was on back order. I searched, and the Music Manor had one in stock. Every other place that showed them in stock actually didn't have it when I called. The Music Manor checked, and they did, in fact, have one, the only one in the lower 48. I called, and I asked a lot of questions, and they never got annoyed. Before purchasing it, I expressed my hesitation regarding shipping delays and possible damage during shipping since this was the only one, and it is a gift for Christmas. I made the purchase, and these guys exceeded my expectations on every level. I paid online, and they shipped it UPS the following day with signature required. It arrived on my doorstep the day after that. It was faster than I expected and packaged with so much protection that it would have survived a war zone! Thank you, Music Manor, for patience, professionalism, and all-around excellent customer service. People, you can shop online with these guys without hesitation! The prices are pretty good, and while they don't have a huge selection of gear, they always seem to have something interesting or weird in the shop. They also have helped me over the years with getting shipping boxes for instruments, and I can't remember if they charged me or not, but if they did it couldn't have been more than a few dollars.

Sep 07, 2024 · Arunkumar KannanMy experience over the last 3 months stopping in at least weekly during lessons and other needs has been consistent, and observing dealings with customers while I'm there also consistent through time. Always friendly, always helpful, always knowledgeable. They don't have a huge selection, but they do have a large continually changing supply of fantastic items. Stop here first, they might just have what you're looking for slightly used for much less.
