Dicker & Deal - Second Hand Store

Yes! A five star pawn shop to visit. Full of cool oddities and curiosities as well as practical goods. The store is setup well with a flow that takes you from music, electronics, jewelry over to antiques, hunting, and tools. I brought my 3 year old son so I could replace a speaker in my home theater. He was over the moon when he saw all the taxidermic animals and a life size Spider-Man hanging from the ceiling. Go check this place out! The place is way more Deal than Dicker and has so much more going for it than any others. You’ll notice the only complaints are from those who want a lot of cash on trade in (don’t we all), but this place sells everything at an inexpensive price. I personally did trade in a couple items as well and there was an area next to the desk for my son to play as we did business. Such a cool spot! Don’t miss it! Killer food truck too!

The sales staff is incredibly helpful, have friendly attitudes and great customer service. I can't say the same for the purchasing staff, but to be fair, purchasing is completely different from sales and they can't operate the same way. However, I will say that the purchasing staff have greatly improved in how they treat customers compared to how they did before. I can also tell you from personal experience that Dicker & Deal offers better prices for laptops/electronics than most other pawn stores in Lansing.

Pawn tools came back 31 days later because i was in the hospital fighting cancer. I called them and told them i would be late the said ok .and then said thet sold . Then told me late . And i had the receipt. I'll show you the receipt lol and i have I witness when 8 was told if I couldn't pick them up bye the 2 weeks I have a month . So quilt lying.

Everyone in there are cool beside this mid age white guy who wears glasses and this old dude... those 2 guys seems like they be leaving bad reviews because...one there super rude... 2 they don't Negotiate, now the others, young fellow and and the female, also the big guy with the beard.. they were awesome, gave me re a reasonable price when I'm pawning things .. but the guy with th glasses.. think he can talk however he like...oooo I want to knock him out, because how rude he was

I got two diamond rings for my self two years ago at tax time to cheer myself up because I was single a wanted to feel like I was married, Well recently I got married and no longer needed the rings I got for myself, So I took them to get some cash back, the man took the rings to the back and made me wait for 45 min, I was wondering what was taking so long, When he came back he tried to tell me one of the rings was not a diamond. I explained that when they sold it to me I was told it was a diamond, he offered me $50 for both rings. I believe he took out my diamond and replaced it with what ever , and offered $50 because he knows I was not going for that. I will never buy jewelry from them again and I will never do any business with them again. I believe this happened because I’m black.
