This store is apparently associated with our school for instruments. Our music teacher sent my daughter's instrument in to get fixed. All the other instruments in her class were repaired and returned except ours. There was no information on why or what happened with the instrument. No one contacted us. We kept asking her teacher who did not know either. Two weeks later we received a card in the mail to contact them with a repair estimate. Mind you my daughter was getting super upset by the fact she didn't have her instrument. We contacted them and they said it needed repairs for 260$. So they took our instrument from our school without telling us or asking us and then never contacted us for 2 weeks. This was just so unacceptable. Who knows how long they would have taken to actually do any repairs and get it back to us. They said they couldn't even get it back to the school till the end of the week so I just drove the hour to get it. I I spent 15 minutes fixing it myself and it works great now. This place is so frustrating and I wish our school didn't send out an instrument without our permission and I wish this place didn't randomly decide to keep it for 2 weeks and do nothing with it. I would avoid this place if you can but if your instrument gets kidnapped like ours hopefully your music teacher will have their number.

I started the rent-to-own program back in the 90's. Once the instrument was paid for, I got the upgraded professional violin in 2001. I used it through high school and as a music major in college. Now that I am no longer a musician, I am ready to see my violin. I reached out to the Marshall Music company about the value of my specific instrument. I could not find any info online. They responded the same day with loads of info and a suggested retain price. They are still a stellar company bringing music to school children. It's great that students can try out an instrument for about $20 per month, and if they aren't interested anymore, the parents just stop paying and return the instrument. It doesn't have to be a huge cost to families.

Nice place for music stuff and repairs of anything. Any music book you want so much random and cool stuff. I'm a little disappointed at the lack of guitars. It seemed that they only had Ibanez (not sure if I spelled that right) and another brand that I wasn't familiar with. From what I saw, they didn't have any fenders or Gibsons. Maybe they had some in the back some where not visible to the public. But I was impresses with the bass selection. And they had a Ukulele Bass which sounded really cool and was fun to play. Really great place though and I get all my stuff from either them or guitarcenter (more guitars) Recommend though! 🤘

Great service! They backup their products. The repair department is fantastic. They fix everything, in house, even if you didn't buy it there. They fix, Wind instruments, Keyboards, Guitars, Audio equipment, and fix it "Right". They sell products based on your needs, not, what they need to sell. I'm a full time professional musician. I've toured the world. They've helped me stay in business. Special thanks to the electronic repair department for emergency repair on gig day, saving the gig more times than I can count. I've done business with them for more than 30 years and will continue to do so. They are "The Full Service" music store.

We got my sons first trumpet there and he has loved it. Matt recently helped us upgrade it and we had a great experience! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. We are very happy with the service and quality instrument we got.
