Limited selection. Seemed like they do a lot of special orders etc. Probably a great resource for a band but not an ideal match for a casual guitar shopper

So I was a loyal customer to Uncle Bobs for over 40 years. Dennis and I had a great relationship. Over those years, I spent well over $250,000 on PA equipment lighting and guitar equipment. I also sent literally hundreds of other musicians in because of Dennis. I just recently had the new owners hold an amp for me until I could come down and buy it, and was trading in a Blackstar club 40 amp. I now live over five hours away. I explained the condition of the amp, which was excellent, except for a blemish on the tolex. They gave me $250 in trade which is about $100-$150 less than what it’s worth. I know they have to make some money so I was fine with that. When I got there the guy i delt with, i think his name was Justin or Jason, treated me with total disrespect. It wasn’t the $50 that bothered me, but how he treated me. If he would have asked me to compromise, and maybe split the difference, it would’ve been no big deal. However, he was very condescending and rude. He has no customer service skills. He ran a long time customer, who buys a lot of equipment for myself, and other clients , away for good over less than $50 bucks. All of the old staff is gone and I’m not sure if they fired them or they left because of the way they treat people. I would never go there again or recommend them. I guess they don’t realize there is a great store five minutes away from theirs. I will give them less than three years to be in business If they keep people like the guy that I dealt with as a salesman. They should not call the store Uncle Bob’s. It does Dennis and the great family that ran that store for years A disservice.

The store has been updated and looks fantastic! Very nice selection of keyboards/synths and mixers, with a good mix of everything else. Based on past experience with other smaller stores, we were optimistic but braced for unfriendiness. Thankfully, our concerns were completely unfounded and we were helped by a very personable gentleman. We had a great time browsing and will definitely be back!

I just went back for the first time in almost 10 years. Seems to be under new ownership. Things we're very organized, staff was nice and they had a handful of cool musical equipment oddities.
