I purchased a Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab 1942 Banner Southern Jumbo from Cream City Music on March 9, 2025. I contacted Chad Szopinski (Showroom Manager) via email with some questions regarding the guitar. Chad promptly replied to my email and answered all of my questions. I called Chad the next day to purchase the guitar and he took care of everything. The guitar was shipped and arrived in perfect condition. I reached out to Bill and he was very friendly, provided requested pictures and answered any questions I had. When an issue was discovered when setting up the initially purchased guitar, CCM reached out to me to notify me and they found another in much better condition. The setup exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't think twice to buy from them again. Highly recommended.

I ordered a fender jazz bass. They were out of stock, but kept me in the loop constantly until it came in, and they shipped it to me and it got here in one day. I was very impressed with their customer service, and will definitely be shopping with them again.

I’m from Arizona and while visiting family in the Milwaukee area, randomly stopped by Cream City Music. I was blown away by their impressive guitar inventory and pricing. But what really wowed me, was the store’s knowledgeable staff and world class customer service. I have since ordered 3 guitars from CCM.
