Mass Musik

Great customer service! I ordered two 16 foot GlobalTruss sections, and Mike from Massmusik worked with me because GlobalTruss no longer makes the 16 foot pieces. Mike was able to get me a great deal on four 8 foot sections, and they arrived perfectly with no damage. I've assembled them, and they're working great. Mike is easy to work with, and I would use Massmusik again.

I have purchased two keyboards from Mass Musik. The first was a Nord Grand and was a super smooth transaction. The second wasn't so smooth (through no fault of Mass Musik...it was a ups problem), but they helped to make it right for me. Great customer service!

I was a long time customer when it was Uncle Bobs. Went in today for a TRS cable and the guy says " we don't have any in stock". How is that possible. How can you sell all that equipment and not have a single TRS cable. If it were still the old owners they would have 100% found even a used one in the store. I guess that's not how the new guys do business. He didn't bother to even look and I was the only customer in the store. To bad because that's the difference between a loyal customer of 20+ years to now I won't even bother to go back. Update: 6 months after writing this review the store responds to my review. As you can tell from the snarky response these people are unprofessional to say the least. First off a TRS cable isn't a $2.35 stereo plug. Second and most important was that the guy I dealt with didn't even look. He acted like I was bothering him and he didn't have time to deal with me as a customer. Rude and completely unhelpful...like I said he didn't even look. Third...how can you sell all that equipment and not have the necessary cables to hook it up. How do you test the used products you sell if you don't have cables necessary to test them. There is only 2 answers....either you don't test them which is absolutely outrageous or more likely you do have the cables and you have HORRIBLE customer service.

Bought a B-stock Kurzweil PC4 online. Mike gave me a great price and incredible service. It's been over a year now and this proved to be an exceptional deal. I will definitely buy here again.

I had some vintage and used gear for sale recently and talked with Mike. He gave me some quotes over the phone as I detailed the information. I arranged to load up my SUV and cruised to Greenfield, WI to this store today. When I arrived, his help unloaded my SUV! We went though all the items and narrowed down what my take would be as well as what his take would be. Mike was very professionally polite as we talked and reminisced about the old days as well as his crew. They have a very nice store with great atmosphere and excellent selection of music equipment throughout the store. If you stop by, let Mike know Johnny Law says hi.
