We rent a violin for our student at PM Music and appreciate their staff’s knowledge, professionalism and great service. Last week we went in to trade out a 1/2 size for 3/4 violin, and the process was easy and pleasant. I also loved hearing the sound of a warm and vibrant clarinet being played in the repair room. It increased my confidence that this is a place with professional musicians and it took me back to my music days in college!

Aug 15, 2024 · Tico'n'Krista HernandezMy 16 year old wa really going places south his trumpet but it was definitely time for a new one. We went to several music shops in the area including PM Music. Mike from PM was incredible! He really knew his stuff. He answered all my son's questions and did ac great job explaining the details. We were given a practice room and many trumpets and my son got to play them as much as and as loud as he wanted. We ended up buying from PM and have no regrets. We went back a few weeks later for a new mouthpiece and Mike even set us up with an appointment at the Schilke factory where we went for a new mouthpiece. Incredible knowledge and customer service, so rare these days!

Mar 08, 2025 · Mauricio LaraHave been waiting since the fall of 2023 for a Lotus Trumpet to demo. I gave up and am looking elsewhere. I have heard Lotus is struggling with quality and supplying dealers. Regardless PM wasn’t keeping me informed of a possible demo to test.
