Had an old Violin and gifting it to my niece. When tuning it, a string broke so I went to this location and Matt, was wonderful! He replaced the strings, tuned it for me and even polished the Violin, which was very nice. I can't thank him enough and I cant wait for my niece to receive it! Thank you Matt, your customer service was excellent!

I have a rental instrument and no one can ever give me accurate information and if you have to call customer service, good luck, worst ever! Not knowledgeable or helpful.

I bought electric drums here and they gave me a good deal. I've bought several other things here and continue to go back. We should definitely support our local brick and mortar.

I purchased strings online. I received the wrong strings. They refunded me in the store and placed a new order. I paid using a gift card and my credit card. But, I received strings for the wrong instrument. When I returned to the store, they helped me get the correct strings. However, I began to receive harassing phone calls saying that I owe them money. I was promised by the store that this would be resolved. Now I see my card has been charged again. I have not been in the store for over one month. I left the store with my purchase and paid receipt. They have no right to charge my card and I did not owe them money. Now, I have paid for these strings twice. The store says they cannot help with online orders. And, the online company said I must pay my "debt". This is a large chain and the local employees have limited ability to assist. Please shop at your own risk.

I called maybe a little over a month ago to inquire about purchasing a Meinl Weston 2250 F tuba, and also to ask if Music and Arts kept the Woodwind Brasswind showroom in Elkhart Indiana open. The associate who answered the phone was completely unfamiliar with Woodwind Brasswind and seemed unaware that Music and Arts recently acquired Woodwind Brasswind. This wasn’t the end of the world, but the associate also was rather disinterested in my inquiry about purchasing this professional grade F tuba. He told me I’d need to buy the tuba outright before they could even order it, which is a backwards way of purchasing an instrument. He also didn’t bother to take down any of my information, and didn’t seem very interested in making a $13,500 sale - not including tax. This didn’t sit well with me, and I was able to find the horn in silver at Buffet Crampon USA’s Tuba Showroom in Jacksonville, FL - priced $1500 less than at Music and Arts. So instead of purchasing this horn from my local music and arts I drove 32 hours round trip to Jacksonville and back and still came out ahead after what I spent on fuel and hotels. I guess this is an alright place to buy beginner and intermediate instruments but if you’re looking for something professional grade you’re better off checking elsewhere.
