Jan 27, 2025 · Dalton LasnierOf the various Best Buys I have been to, this one has a very spacious set up. This location is a hub store, and so they have demos and displays of nearly everything. If there is a product you want to see in person or try out before buying, this is the store to go to. The staff here is super well informed, and is always in a great mood and ready to answer all of my questions. The TV displays in the Home Theatre department were great as well. The store is very clean, and overall very well organized.

We ended up buying more than we came for originally but I'm glad we did. Great place to go and I appreciate the good service and how clean and nice the store is kept.
Dec 29, 2024 · Tyisha WaltonAfter spending 15 minutes trying to explain to our salesman what we wanted while he refused to listen, argued with us that he was the expert and knew what we needed better than we did, and was generally rude and dismissive, we spoke with the manager, who decided the best way to handle it was to reprimand us that there was no reason for us to speak about his staff that way. I will never step foot in this store again, and we were fully prepared to spend several thousand dollars today. I'm still in shock that we were treated that way by multiple Best Buy employees.
