First time renting a wind instrument for our younger middle schooler. We know nothing about wind instrument. The staff is very helpful: they asked which school is it for, and provide the exact brand of the instrument, book and answer many of our beginner questions (since we know nothing about it). We originally thought this would be a painful process since no one in our family has experience in wind instruments (only familiar with piano, violin and cello) but the helpful staff took care of everything. Very pleasant experience. Very happy with our decision to go with this local store.

We came in and waited a bit for woman at counter to ask for help, but she was busy, talking to someone at counter who was telling a story about playing while sick. We walked around to see if we could find what we were looking for. A guy came out of a room and said we needed to wait for someone to help us, and then he walked away. We went back towards counter, where the conversation was still going on. we decided to leave and went to another store just ten minutes away, where we received the help we needed for a music piece and new French horn case right away.
