Roxy is what a music store experience should be like!! Passing through town we had to stop at in. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The owner even brought out some catalogs to show us what was out there and available to be ordered. He even showed us around and shared some of their plans for the place. I cant say enough about this place but if you are in the area stop in there is so much gold sitting in the store. If you are ordering online do not hesitate. The care they took to make sure everything was perfect even at closing time told me all i needed to know that this is the goto spot!!! Thanks for everything!!

We purchased an older violin for our daughters lessons, and the team at Roxy's has been more than accommodating while we get things up to speed. I often will drop my daughter off so that I can continue to work and never once has she expressed being uncomfortable or afraid. Learning violin has been a dream of hers for many years. Just last week she stated that, "Playing the violin is everything she ever wanted it to be."

Customer service was top notch while dealing with them and the guitar showed up safely packaged and exactly as described. If you live near Roxy, you truly have a gift in a great music store. Next time I pass through Indiana it is on my list of places to stop. Don’t hesitate to give these guys your business!
