Mar 23, 2025 · nancy harringtonI visit this store very regularly and have been shopping with Meijer since I was a little girl. Meijer customers service has really gone downhill it is truly lacking. Sales are no longer sales. They just seem to hike up the price and call it a sale. The cashiers are angry and seem to like to put the fragile perishables in with heavy items. Tonight I couldn’t get a rain check on an item that they were out of when this weeks sale began. I went back before the sale ended and even though I was told if I came back and if the item was still unavailable I could get a rain check. So no product and no rain check was provided. This was not a surprise just another let down.

Doesn’t take long for orders to come out to the car. Wait 45 minutes and then check and the order hasn’t even been picked yet!!!! They need to figure out how to do this better. Limit orders,etc. I should have been told it wasn’t picked yet not just “third in line.”

Jan 29, 2025 · Ryan MillerI attempted to purchase a product from the store, they had stated that the product was not in their registry even though it had a price tag on it and I was denied the purchase of the item. I've never heard of a product in a store on the shelf with a tag on it that I was unable to buy. They were extremely unhelpful.
