Barnes & Noble Review: A Book Lover's Paradise This Barnes & Noble location is a true gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The store's layout is well-organized and inviting, making it easy to browse and discover new treasures. The customer service was absolutely impeccable – friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff made my visit a pleasure. A particular highlight for me was the "banned books" display. I was thrilled to see such a curated collection and even more delighted to realize I owned almost every title! Of course, I couldn't resist picking up the one exception, "Wicked," to complete my collection. This store clearly understands the importance of access to information and diverse perspectives. Overall, I absolutely love this Barnes & Noble. It's a haven for book lovers, and I can't wait to return!❤️

Feb 02, 2025 · CassieD SmThis Barnes and Noble location is excellent 👌🏻 It was worth the 25 minute drive. The one closest to me closed years ago. So it's been forever since I've been to a Barnes and Noble and this store brought back so many good memories. They have a large selection of paperback & hardcover books from multiple genres and a wonderful children's books/ toy section. I love Harry Potter and this store carries a generous amount of Harry Potter merch and collectables. They also have a Starbucks located on the inside and there is seating so you can sit and read before you buy or afterwards! The staff were polite and the store was well kept and clean. All around it was a great experience and I definitely recommend! I pray this location doesn't go anywhere because I plan on coming back many times in the future for more books 😁
Dec 23, 2023 · Crystal MarieAlways Neat & Always Helpful. One thing I notice is I wish they could get more handicap accessible walkers with a basket so older people can use them. Yet when they get tired they can turn around and sit in the little walker seat..it wouls help them so much

Feb 28, 2025 · Charlene HortonI love the Valpo Barnes and Noble for many reasons but my biggest reason is Brenna and the staff at this location. Whenever they can, these beautiful souls will donate freebies to my 5/6th grade classroom store. Though I always wind up saying “oh I’m only a paraprofessional” they always boost my morale about the school year with positivity and support. Truly this group of people working here is unmatched in kindness and hospitality. I am certainly a returning supporter/customer/lover of the Valpo Barnes and Noble for not only my classroom, but my own personal book shopping. Thank you all, always.
