I had such a great experience getting help with a turntable that had some noise distortion. I was able to bring it in same day, the week before Christmas, and quickly get help. Thomas was great at quickly identifying the issue and then replacing the cartridge for me. I did some browsing while waiting and it's a great selection. Really friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

The turn-off on the store was the lady on the back counter spouting off political propaganda like it was her job. Keep politics out of your business.

I don't shop there as much as I used to, but they're usually a last resort if I'm trying to find a certain video game or video game component. They usually have a pretty decent selection, but prices are pretty high, and they always have been. I miss their bargain basement. Got some awesome deals down there back in the day. Not sure if they still repair consoles, but they repaired my NES about 10 years ago and it's been perfect ever since. All in all, Record Head is still a good store that I'll frequent every once in a great while.
