May 03, 2024 · Rachelle YakimMy daughter’s violin was caught in the crossfire of her two year old sister and we needed a replacement the next day for her lesson. I called at 5:30 (right before they close) and asked for a replacement as soon as possible because she had her lesson the next day. When I arrived the following morning, the violin was ready for pick up and it was a seamless exchange! What a relief! Paying for the insurance is a no brainer but the great customer service is definitely an added bonus. Thank you!
