My husband and I visited this Bestbuy last night. We went in to look at the $350 Lenova Chromebook and a Lenova Yoga. We were helped by a gentleman named Todd. He was one of the most awesome people to work with. He spent time finding out our needs. By the way we did not need a laptop, we wanted something lighter for business usage. We had a perfectly fine laptop bought from bestbuy (Lenova Yoga) it was just heavy and not as kitchen table friendly for our customers. Todd showed us many different options, and listened to our needs. He also looked into open boxes at our request. In the end we went with an Asus Proart and a digital pen. It was more than we were going to spend but after Todd spent time looking up programs we use we were able to determine that a Chromebook was not for us. We really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all, but listened to our needs and wants. We would specifically ask for him if given the option. I had a question outside of the laptop and he questioned some other employees and they were great too. Thanks for having a great team.

But then I was looking and a man named Todd helped me find the perfect one! Then, because he was already helping another costumer, he gave me off to a man named Sean who was very helpful when signing me up for an account and a protection plan for my laptop. Everything was so perfect! They were both extremely kind, and knowledgeable!
Feb 14, 2025 · Wyatt FreelWas looking to make a purchase for my grandson. Went online to confirm address and saw an address that I never entered. Deleted that address and information and proceeded to place the order. Guess where the order shipped to in less than 3 hours? The wrong address. I immediately called Best Buy where I was spent an entire day trying to get the address corrected and to no avail, Best Buy was not able to contact anyone from within their own company to stop the shipment from shipping to an unknown address. Then i realized this their way to keep up their loses instead of preventing a mistake their own system made. 3 days later, Fed Ex is still attempting to deliver the item after I contacted them as well about the incorrect address. Best Buy system won’t recognize a correction until 24 hours later, after the item ships! Best But can do better, Customer service just needed to email Fed Ex for the correction and every rep I spoke with refused to fix the correction even though the account had been confirmed. Your company has high losses due to your outsourced call centers and your employees refusing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Last purchase online, I will be using ABC Warehouse going forward. At least they can ship the orders correctly!! As of this morning the item is still shipping to the wrong address due to your staff’s refusal to send correspondence to allow the address to be corrected. Your system has a glitch where it’s adding unknown addresses to user accounts.. HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS AND NOT JUST GET A CHECK. YOUR LOSSES WILL DEFINITELY MINIMIZE..
Mar 16, 2025 · Alicia WilliamsNo help! The first day I went in, I did not have much time and found somebody in the home theater area, and I started to ask my questions about their wireless speakers. He started walking me around aimlessly and didn't take long to figure out that he didn't have a clue what he was saying and walked me to. Finally admitted he had not an idea what I was talking about or where they were at. I left because I was out of time. The second day I went back, could not find anybody to help me. I decided I'm going to go to The Geek Squad service and tell them that I am a Rewards member and that I would like for somebody to come out and look up my home theater system correctly with Wireless rear speakers that they recommend. The guy told me he can't help me because they do not do that. Did not play me in the direction or tell me what to do to solve my problem. To this day my problem is not solved. I can honestly say, I have really never had good service there and have always had to find something myself. You expect to hire your staff in hopes that they will help the CUSTOMERS. The world we live in today!
Dec 06, 2024 · George KlingermanWas just in to look at some tvs and one of the workers was very knowledgeable in their stuff. I can’t remember their name. However the pricing seems to be more than average that I’ve seen. We haven’t been wanting to just jump onto any tv so looking around has been nice. I just wish some of the open box tvs weren’t only just a couple hundred dollars cheaper when I do know a lot of those open box ones are either returns cause someone didn’t like it or ones that were previously on the walls.
