We brought my son’s hand me down Gibson L6-S 2 hours before his first live guitar performance, because the input jack was missing an important piece, out of the blue during dress rehearsal. The awesome staff fixed it and gave us EXCELLENT speedy service. We were there for 15 min and lucked out that they had the part. It’s not going to always be the case but it was in a pinch and we were so grateful and impressed!

When I called, no worries come back. So wait another week to set up or go elsewhere. Guys behind the counter aare rude, don't listen to you and treated me like second class.

Kenya and Jared at guitar center were a huge help in getting the lights and figuring out how I could use my gear card account. With out their help this event would have been a bust so I'm very thankful they were there and were so helpful in getting my order squared away.
