The Lalo Ukulele is the best uke product for professionals and amateurs alike. My carbon fiber sleek black Lalo is so durable and high quality that I decided to play it at the end of a pier in lake michigan next to a lighthouse to see if the quality could cut through the high winds. After playing for 20 minutes, I had a family approach me saying how they would pay me cash for providing great music for the occasion, I blame it on the high quality of the Lalo! 5/5!

Please be advised: THIS IS A HARMONICA AND UKULELE STORE ONLY. I called ahead and spoke to the owner just to make sure they were open before I visited this music shop. The man who answered was very kind and informed me that they are a specialty music shop and only sell harmonicas and ukuleles. This was confusing because Google says this is a music instrument store in the listing, but the owner advised that the description he selected was the most accurate according to what Google had made available to him. I can totally understand how this would certainly be frustrating for him and any possible customers. I hope this helps anyone who comes across it.

I was on the search for US-based companies and found Bushman on a harmonica forum. I didn't want to buy something from Amazon. There was a bit of a hiccup with the order and once realized, it was immediately resolved. Customer Service rarely exists these days so I was thrilled with how they handled everything. I will absolutely go back for future purchases.

I've placed probably 3 or 4 "large-ish" orders with Bushman over past few years. Each time I would call John, and he helped me choose just what I needed, right down to the comb material and tuning temperament. John has been nothing but helpful, and has even reached out to me when he had a special going on. Each order has been filled without a single problem. Nice guy to deal with. I especially love this last batch of Bushman harmonicas. I got the Steelie, Woody and Standard, and they are all fantastic. The Woodie doesn't have the strong taste to the wood that my previously purchased one does... this new one is virtually taste-free. I understand they changed the method of preparing them. It is smooth on the lips and tongue, and it has that nice wooden-comb growl to the sound. And the edges of the tines, though still rounded for comfort, are now square rather than concave, making it easier to hit single notes, in my opinion. This is true of all the latest generation Bushman harmonicas. I bought a bunch of Kongsheng harmonicas, and they are also wonderful. The phosphor bronze reeds sound rich and full. Nice and air tight. The Mars is full and smooth sounding; the babyfat is quieter, but nice; the lyra is a whole new level of chromatic harmonica!

I discovered John by accident answering an ad for NOS Bushman Souls Voice. When I placed my order he asked me to call him. That phone call was a God send. I've been a fan of Bushman for years, but have been unable to find them. It turns out John is Bushman, he had sold it and now has bought it back. The Delta Frost is back and no longer has the tendency to choke out when played to hard. The Souls Voices I received are awesome. A new world of natural & harmonic minors has been opened. Talking to John is talking to a friend. Just so happens he is U.S. distributor for Kongsheng, which I have been trying lately. I highly recommend John to all my harp friends, you won't be sorry...
