The customer service was good and the staff was friendly, but I'm giving a low rating based on the repairs made to my instrument. The soldering job was messy and it would have been nice to know what to expect the trumpet to look like after the work was done, otherwise I might have rethought some of the repairs. I should have gotten a second opinion.

I overlooked the fact that I had accidentally signed up for recurring lessons, so I did not cancel the 2nd month in time. Bryan helped out and allowed a one-time courtesy for a refund. Good people.
