Best Buy offered 18 months free financing through their Visa credit card and an extended 5 year warranty for purchase. Having smart laundry appliances just didn't compute for us, and store representative Kalil made the sale a smooth and enjoyable process. We're excited to take delivery in our home in 2 days.

They have maybe half or a quarter of the checkout registers they used to have, and even then they're not always staffed. Often, lots of stuff is out of stock. You can order curbside and it isn't actually curbside because it will make you come in to pick it up. There's always a group of staff loitering around the entrance rather than doing much or helping with the line. Service in the dumpster basically. Place is on the downhill.
Dec 22, 2024 · Alana MI brought my iphone in to repair the back (broken glass). I had made an appointment, stupidly signed some consent form, dropped it off, but when I went to pick it up 6 hours later I was told the damage was worse and they already sent it in to Apple for repairs. I was told I would get my phone back in a week at the latest. I don’t have a spare phone to use in the meantime but I can be patient. It’s been well over a week and I’m mostly upset by both Geek Squad and Best Buy’s complete lack of communication (no confirmation emails, update calls, etc.). There is no customer service. I’ve tried calling using my husbands phone (just brings you to some bs ai service or else someone who works offsite who can only look up order numbers), tried the auto chat online, I’ve tried looking up the service number to track my phone (hasn’t been updated since I dropped it off), and I’ve been into the store multiple times to speak to any employee of any kind both WITH AND WITHOUT their appointment system and no one can speak to me (I just get referred to make yet another appointment or else leave after waiting almost an hour with an appt). I just want to ask where my phone is/for an update. I already paid for repairs but I would honestly rather pay for a brand new phone from my cell service provider than continue dealing with either Geek Squad or Best Buy.
Mar 29, 2025 · Madison BeebeI went to Best Buy at the suggestion of the Spectrum salesman who had been unable to transfer data from my husband's old phone to his new. Dan The Man at Geek Sqaud was able to do it right on the spot in under 15 minutes! By changing various settings on the old phone and updating it, he successfully saved and transfered pictures, contacts etc. He charged me a third of what I thought it would be, calling it a "quick fix." I was definitely one satisfied customer! Friendly, courteous, and all around awesome service. I would highly recommend Dan at Geek Squad :-)
