Jacob and Will were extremely helpful, professional, accommodating, communicative, knowledgeable, respectful, and caring!! We had an event that required an extensive sound setup with a 7-piece band and around 450+ people attending for the weekend. Jacob and Will showed up on time, helped us in everything we needed, and efficiently communicated prior to the event, during, and after. They answered every call/text right away, and if they didn’t it was because they were driving. And they still communicated that! They set up everything flawlessly, and our event sounded great with no disruptions by sound equipment throughout our entire weekend! Their delivery and pick up service was on time, helpful, accommodating, thorough and pragmatic. Picking up the equipment, they found one of our musician’s (expensive) pedals in their equipment. And we were able to get it back to him! They then went through every box to make sure there wasn’t anything else of ours too. Additionally, our load out dock didn’t have a ramp. So when they came back, they had a ramp for us to make striking and loading up easier! They’re real great guys who know what they’re doing, care about your event, and have awesome, quality equipment! If you’re looking to rent/buy sound equipment, definitely look to Sight and Sound!
