If they don’t have it and have a distributor, best believe they can get it to you in a reasonable time. These guys are all great. 10/10 experience every time.

When I finally got them back its clear they were barely cleaned and one has an issue that needs resolved. Never again. Update: After my initial review Q&F reached out. The gentleman I spoke with truly seemed to care about my experience and wanted to set things right as much as possible. I took one of the instruments back, which they cleaned again and did some additional work on, all free of charge. It now looks and plays great! I will leave the initial review, but am updating my score to reflect the follow up. To listen to my concerns, make improvements based on them, and the desire to make things right goes a long way, and now, I WILL again. :)
May 10, 2024 · K WI have been to Muncie Music many times over the years for my music needs. Their customer service is excellent, their selection is great, and the store is just absolutely amazing! It is a clean and professional environment, but it is also a musician's paradise! If you are looking for a great local music shop, try them.
