Feb 02, 2025 路 Olivia ArevaloEvery time I have visited this store it's some type of issue. The only reason for this visit was to use a gift card i got for Christmas. Signage and deals are always misleading, a sign can be at a table with the book you chose on it and staff will tell you that book isn't part of the deal. The registers also don't have the deals uploaded so staff are expected to know them all and manually apply them... well they don't, and get pissy when you let them know the books should be on sale. Today the girl says you spent X amount of money you qualify for 3 free magazines. I asked no charge? To which she responds correct no charge then asks me to sign a paper saying I authorize bam to give my card and personal info to mags.com. I ask her about it she still tells me i won't be charged then another staff member says, "well you will be if you don't catch the email in 2 months". This should be said up front especially when I asked!!! Then I said just forget it i don't want magazine subscriptions only to be told it takes 24hrs to complete so I'll need to call back to cancel 馃檮 Which brings me to my last point that the staff seem to never be able to do anything it's always call tomorrow, come back later, etc....

Feb 08, 2025 路 Scotty SurvivalGood variety of books. The only negative thing I would say is they put up sale signs on everything, but the sale will be for specific items. You get to the checkout, and staff will argue with you when the signage is misleading.
