We chose a Walter due to their outstanding reputation for design, choice of quality raw materials and superb craftsmanship. We wanted to give our daughter the best chance to learn with a high quality instrument, rather than pay less and give her an inferior product that would soon impede her musical development. Now 18 years later, we can attest that this decision was the best for all of us. The Walter showroom in Elkhart is worth the trip if one wants to experience such quality.

Prior to purchasing, I visited their factory in Indiana and I was extremely impressed with their workmanship. Rachel was extremely helpful and stayed in constant contact with me until the piano was delivered. This piano has the best tone and key response I have ever found in an upright piano and I spent over 2 years researching and sampling other pianos. I would highly, highly , highly recommend this company and piano to any musician.

It has revitalized the music in our home, and I'm so grateful to the Charles Walter family for the time and attention to detail that they put into their work. After playing the Charles Walter piano, my dad has decided to sell his Steinway to buy one.
