Piano Market Plus was super friendly and help when selecting a piano and purchasing. They have gone WAY above and beyond in customer service. The tone on my piano is perfect. It is a 30 year dream come true. Thank you to Luke and the entire Piano Market Plus team.

Professional, friendly, and reasonably-priced. I strongly recommend this place if you want to buy a piano. I visited the store, and was given a tour for their place. They have experienced crew for renovating and maintaining the piano. This convinced me to buy a used piano from them because they offered store warranty coverage. I was assured that any defect will be repaired by them. They also disclosed full details/history about the piano online. They publicly disclosed that the piano was once owned by a local church, which might have adversely affected the condition of the piano. They were confident about the condition because they have renovated many parts of it already. The whole deal and negotiation was transparent and satisfactory. The salesperson (Pete) was friendly, responsive, and responsible. We disclosed our budget, and he gave us a reasonable counter offer. We made another counter offer, which was accepted by him. The whole process was very smooth. After the delivery, the owner (or someone close to the owner) contacted us and proposed to visit us to make sure everything is alright and the piano is in a top playing condition. They are very responsible for their sales. Overall, every step in the whole process of buying the piano at Piano Market Plus was satisfactory.

After relocating across the country literally coast to coast, I was faced with the challenge of finding a reputable and trustworthy company to move my baby grand piano. After looking at many companies online and reading lots of scary reviews, I finally came across Walter Piano Transport. It wasn't until I got on the phone with them and spoke with both Ariel (customer service) and Hope Walter (owner) that I knew I had the right people for this job. From day one they were courteous, attentive and answered my many questions. I was always able to get someone on the phone, and their follow up was equally dependable. Moving an expensive piano over great distances can be very nerve racking, and you need to be dealing with professionals who know the "right way" to do things. Walter Piano Transport had everything in order, from providing accurate time tables, to working with the best local carriers and even providing their insurance certificate. My piano arrived on time, properly protected and without a single problem. The pickup was equally smooth and trouble-free. Great piano at a great price. I upgraded the player system. The Bose speakers are fabulous. I am still very happy with my purchase a year later. I bought my piano sight unseen online. It arrived in perfect condition.

My husband hired Walter Piano Transport in September 2012 to move our 1927 Baby Grand from Missouri to Georgia. We paid our final portion of the moving invoice as requested on November 1, 2012. It is now December 7, 2012 and I still don't have my piano. They initially said it would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. On November 30, I called them to inquire and advise it had now been 30 days (more than 3 weeks) since I paid and still no piano. They advised that "the truck was full" and "no truck was coming to Georgia". She promised it would be here within 8 to 10 days. I called today about my piano and they are telling me it is in Georgia and I should be able to schedule to get it soon. So now we are not only past the 2 to 3 weeks, but we are past the 8 to 10 days and I don't know when or if I'll ever see my piano again! They are unwilling to offer any kind of compensation for this delay in delivery of my piano. I really think that is poor business. The piano has been promised to me on two different occasions and I still have not received the service I have paid for. Where is my piano?
