He was so kind and helpful in answering all of my questions. The transaction was seamless. Shipping was incredibly fast and everything arrived in pristine condition. The care he put into packaging exceeded my expectations. He even followed up to ensure everything played as it should and that we were satisfied with the instrument, as well as the service. We will absolutely be buying from him again for our younger daughter as well.

He even gave my old horn a quick look to make sure it was in good working condition for when I was ready to sell it. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Dell for if you’re looking to buy or need someone to do any repairs. Definitely going to be my go-to guy from now on.

His attention to detail whether if it is in the repair of an instrument or as a teacher is beyond brilliant. As a 3 year student of Dell and as an investor of my own horn from the Sax Clinic itself, I can not emphasize how much I recommend this place. If you don't want to settle on good but are looking for greatness, Dell is quite literally "THE MAN". Spread the word! 11 out of 10!

He was determined that I left his shop happy, and I did. Well worth the 4 hour drive from Cincinnati! I am very very appreciative of his expert attention to my vintage horn. 5 stars indeed!
