I booked lessons for my girlfriend ($40) and myself (another $40) They canceled the appointments DAY OF because the instructors we payed for and thought we were getting either don’t work there, or don’t teach the specific age group anymore. Instead of refunding they offer a credit. Which I think is completely unfair as we pay with the intention of having a lesson with the desired person. Now i’m out $80 and still no lessons. Even if I wanted lessons I won’t be coming back. Extremely unprofessional.

Mike is a fantastic teacher, and not only did I greatly enjoy my time with him, but the music village itself also offers a lot of opportunities for students to perform as well!
