I have been renting a student violin for my daughter for about 3 years. She asked me to purchase her own violin so she could continue her passion for playing violin. I did not know where to start to look for one. I googled best violins store and StringWorks was number 1. I viewed there website for many days looking at all the violins. I don’t know much about violins but I showed my daughter the site and she was in love with the selection of violins. I purchased the Michael Todd III European edition, the Hoffman bow and a case. Evan reached out to me letting me know step by step that they were looking for the best composite bow for the violin. When the order was shipped Evan let me know they did an upgrade on the bow for no additional charge!!!! Wow that is impressive that they matched a bow with the Violin that would work best. They are not there just to package and ship and order, they took their time to make sure they found the best. The violin was shipped to me from Illinois to California and it was packed so well that the violin made it safely to me. I cannot wait for Christmas just to see the look on my daughters face when she sees that she got her very own violin. Thank you Evan and all the staff at StringWorks. You will make Christmas magical this year for my daughter.

Absolutely amazing service! When I walked in they had a whole selection already pulled out and tuned ready to play! The best experience I've ever had in a music store. The girl who helped was really kind and answered a lot of my initial questions and Evan was super knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new stringed instrument!

I recently returned to Stringworks after 15 years away and couldn't be happier with my experience! I purchased a Soloist III violin, and Evan was fantastic in helping me select the perfect instrument. He was very thoughtful and attentive to my needs. The violin arrived quickly to Oregon and was well packaged. As with all of the Stringworks instruments I've seen, the craftsmanship is impressive, and it was set up perfectly right out of the box. The sound is absolutely remarkable! I'm thrilled to be playing again and grateful to Stringworks for their excellent service. I will definitely be a lifelong customer!

Simply Amazing!!! Great group of people, Todd and Evan, the whole bunch. They helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, a lot of time on their side... ha And they kept me informed, sending pics, during build process. And now I have a Beautiful New Virtuoso SE Cello that I hope to some day be able to play up to it's quality. Thank You Guys for a wonderful experience and the Awesome Cello you created. Your Customer Service is, like I said... "Simply Amazing!"

I was desperate for a protective cello case and in a big time crunch. I just moved to the area, had no idea where to go, and this shop was the only one still open. I was nervous about price but went, and not only is the shop absolutely stunning, but the two people there were truly lifesavers. I got a travel case that was perfect for what I needed for an insanely low price, and I cherish it dearly! I didn't get their names, but I cannot thank them enough for helping me. I'll definitely be coming back here as my new chosen shop, they were just wonderful.
