Great experience with this shop! My 13yo's alto sax (Yamaha) got out of alignment because she wasn't using the neck guard. Brought it here, free loaner, free estimate and the repair bill was very very reasonable when we picked it up a few weeks later. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They'll work on any horn here - ours isn't a rental. Bit of a haul to Burr Ridge but so worth it.

Dec 03, 2024 · Y GIt's very quiet when you enter, but you are greeted immediately. There was holiday music right up front to fit the season. I knew what I needed to purchase and where they were located, so I didn't need any assistance. I have gone to other music stores to purchase reeds before, but none are as friendly or helpful as here. I will gladly drive the 30-45 minutes to purchase my musical needs. Plus, they have the largest variety of any places I have shopped at.
