Perry's Music Center

Awesome reminder of why you have to support your local music shops. I saw a dozen things (used) that would've been grabbed by any fan of that brand. Both staff were friendly, helpful, and at the end said, "Sorry, I don't think I have what you're looking for at this time, though we have, and thank you for coming in." I haven't felt more respected as a customer in a long time. I had to find something to buy to support them, can always use extra sticks and cables. Will absolutely be stopping in whenever I find myself in the area.

Brought an old guitar i was gifted in, I paid them $50 to check the electronics, after two weeks i came back, they did absolutely nothing, gave me the guitar back exactly how i brought it in, when i asked for my money back they claimed that i didn't give them any money, and did not refund me as their policy states. I am a 19 year old college student and am working full time to pay my tuition $50 is a big deal to me at this point in my life. I recommend avoiding this place, its a shame because my brother and I over the years have bought all our musical instruments and equipment here. If you want quality service, and integrity go check out Sparky's.

This is the only place that I will ever go for a guitar set up. Rob and his team are true masters at the craft and truly make your guitar feel brand new again. The staff is incredibly welcoming, as well as flexible and willing to work the extra mile to provide the best services for each customer. Rob has saved me countless of times regarding even the most last minute music needs. Perry's is the only place I will ever get a set up. The work is outstanding. Thank you again, I appreciate all you do!

Can't say enough good things about Perry's! I took lessons here for several years when I was younger, and both the teachers I had (Tim and Hawk) were amazing. On the shop and repair side, they always did a great setup and knew their stuff. Went again a few days ago to get my guitar set up and tremolo blocked, and they did a really good job for a very fair price.

Used to take all my business here, until one day my little brother brought a guitar in and paid them $50 to check the electronic… after two weeks he came back, they did absolutely nothing and when he asked for his money back they said he “didn’t give them any money”. AVOID GOING HERE. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Prediction: Owner will reply to this trying to discredit the review as he has done on previous 1 star reviews instead of taking accountability. Update: Owner called me a girl, as well as tried to discredit the review instead of trying to do the right thing, also as an organized business owner when you take a guitar to do work you don’t keep your own copy of an invoice or receipt/ticket, and you take guitars to work on without a fee? Maybe you should talk to your employees because why would someone make this up? This is laughable and completely unprofessional, the response was predictable (as shown), and completely unprofessional as well, thank god there’s nothing more powerful than a google review these days. It’s a shame the lack of integrity here.
