I still buy the albums and several quality Audio items from Music Direct. I recently had some problems with 2 MoFi purchases. I contacted customer service and Greg Kuzmicki went above and beyond anything I expected. He kindly and QUICKLY answered my emails and solved some unique problems that occurred before shipment. I can’t thank him enough for putting me at ease and understanding my situation. I’ll gladly continue ordering and recommending their releases, particularly their incredible work with classic jazz re-issues. Thanks again, Greg, you saved a customer for life!

They take orders online false advertise they have it in stock, then don’t ship it for weeks to months till you inquire about order status then tell you they don’t have the item in stock. Not the first time this has happen with these retailer gave them another try after several bad experiences two years ago. They have not changed some old ripoff. Don’t be fooled by their low prices it’s an advertising trick to get you to go to their store site so they can hold your money. Plenty of other reputable quality places. I will not waste my time on these looser again!
