This place has been part of my life. I've bought my guitars here. I've bought my synths here. I've bought my mics, signal processors, recording equipment, and hardware here. It's been awesome, and I still look forward to stopping in to pick up accessories or to check out the inventory. Thanks guys for such great service!!!

I went here for the first time a week or so ago and have to say it was not a great experience. I'd been looking for some new recording equipment, especially a new audio interface, and when I came in, I was the only person in the store. There was a salesperson who I could only assume was the manager who did not acknowledge me a single time, didn't even make eye contact with me. He was rummaging through things and grumbling profanities behind the counter. I watched him storm around the store to yell at/belittle the other employees there (which is why I assume he was the manager), even walking right past me a couple of times, still with no acknowledgment. There was an employee in the drum room who was very kind and friendly when I spoke with him, but he was also apparently the only employee who could answer their phones, not that what I needed help with was in the drum room anyways. While he was on the phone, he went to ask the aforementioned manager a question and he responded with a very rude and short "we're not dealing with that," and when the employee tried to ask if he had any recomendations to help the caller the manager cut him off before he could finish saying "I don't have a guy for that," before storming off again. The manager went around to the guitar side of the room to berate the employee over their. It was a very awkward situation so I didn't go in but what I could hear from the front area was along the lines of "are you sure you know how to do this because I'm getting sick of this." I can't say good or bad about the guitar counter clerk as I did not interact with him at all, but tell this part again to show how offputting the manager was. I understand having a bad day, and maybe I came in at a bad time, but for the MANAGER to be completely ignoring the only customer in the store, audibly saying profanities to himself, storming around belittling his own employees, it's really inexcusable and the whole situation made me so uncomfortable I just left before trying to get help (I hadn't tried before the belittling occured because, again, the manager was rummaging, stomping around and grumbling profanities, I assumed he was in the middle of something and would acknowledge me when he was finished, but I couldn't stand to stay after seeing how he treated the other clerks there). I was really excited to stumble on this place as I'm newer to the area and was happy to find a more local music shop than something like Guitar Center, but this experience was enough to make it so I don't want to go back.

The hosts are always welcoming I've bought every drum set I have ever owned from Music Center excellent customer service willing to work with you always helpful I highly recommend

First time stopping in, and discovered a large vast section for drums, seeing a wide range of new to vintage drums. Jullian helped me out, answering all questions I had, plus assisting me to find parts I was looking for. Definitely will bring my business here, and will be back soon.

Stopped here to get a part and strings for an acoustic guitar. The repair guy Paul is awesome, got us fixed right up in a jiffy!! Todd helped us choose the right strings upstairs, very friendly and knowledgeable as well! This place has totally taken care of everything for us in record time. 100% recommend them if you need help with your guitar. Very knowledgeable and thorough. The store itself is beautiful. There are lesson rooms downstairs, and drums, guitars, and pianos upstairs. An excellent place! Well worth the drive!
