John was more than helpful in helping me acquire some items that are impossible to find locally anywhere else. Oct 19, 2024 路 FionaThe new location is AWESOME. It鈥檚 much closer to my home and I鈥檒l be a weekly customer. The CD selection is much better than record stores in South Bend and Fort Wayne. If you鈥檙e a fan of music, and Media the Chimp鈥檚/Karma combo is heaven.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and I enjoy talking to them all. It's a great environment. Usually some great music playing, some incense burning, and it's clean. Quite a great selection of music (CDs, Vinyl, Cassettes, and a few 8-track) and if they don't have what you're looking for; ask if they can order it. There's also a nice selection of horror movies, cult classics, and musician related DVDs. It also has some cool apparel, excellent Halloween masks, rings for piercings, patches, pins, Funko pops, and much, much more. Overall, there's a lot of cool things to check out at this store. I highly recommend giving it a visit! PS: If you're looking to buy a guitar I'll save you the phone call; they don't sell guitars, but they do sell guitar strings and shoulder straps.
