The worse, Tim works out of his garage, bare concrete floors, had my Triton defaced by standing it on the end cap on the concrete scared, who does this, brought the Korg Triton in with flight case. This garage garbage repair will depreciate your resale value😡

THIS GUY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED TO WORK ON YOUR KEYBOARD, BEWARE!! I had used this business 2 times in the past on a Yamaha mo8 to replace knobs, wheels or general cleaning, service and pricing was great. After several years, I need his help again, however, this most recent experience was horrible in several ways!! Took a Yamaha modx8 because I had a loose key that wouldn't play correctly, and this was the only issue I had. After a few weeks I called wondering what was taking so long, he told me he couldn't power the keyboard up and was combative with me on the phone saying he "wishes he had tested it" and treated me like I brought him the instrument with that problem, false. He then said he had ordered parts (new screen, motherboard, etc), had already made most of the repairs, and that my bill was going to be a lot higher than the original quote. I (in a calm tone) challenged him that why couldn't I at the very least receive a phone call with a quote, or report this was going on instead of having to track him down only to find out all these issues and I'm being charged for work I didn't authorize. His attitude and etiquette on the phone sucked!! When I picked up the board, he told me the screen, keyboard bed and a few other things were replaced. I really wish I had tested the board before I left his place, but I was short on time and he was with another customer. He told me he discounted the bill, I paid and left which was a huge naive mistake on my part. In short, I have been scammed and blatantly lied to by this guy. The facts, my touchscreen turns on but the "touch" functionality of it doesn't work at all, which is worse than what I brought to him. Also, I'm still having the same issue with the keyboard so that clearly isn't new. I've reached out to Yamaha and will be contacting the BBB with my complaint. If possible, I would have filed a police report for damage to personal property but the local PD said I could only sue him at this point. He clearly no longer cares about the customer experience, or the quality of his work, and should strongly consider retirement.

The owner, Sam was the friendliest of people. His prices were very reasonable and his repair of my Roland keyboard Amp was excellently done. I'll continue to go to this establishment and recommend anyone who need musical instrument repair to try ICM. You won't regret it!!

I've been taking my keyboards to him for repair for years and he's always had my gear ready and working great within the time he said. Never had any issues. Highly recommended if you need your gear fixed right the first time.
