This is an awesome store. I believe they have many options for musicians. I've been taking guitar lessons for a year. When I go to Guitar Center there are many guitar options. Additionaly there are drums, mics, keyboards, turn tables, mixers, club lighting, electric pianos. This is a musician's playground. The neatly organized instruments entice you to step out of your box. So don't be surprised if you're a keyboard player but end up purchasing a guitar. I just get good vibes in these stores. They also classes for various types of instruments. The staff members I've met are musicians. You get expert assistance. Nothing is perfect but their employess offer a high level of customer service. If you make it over there I believe you will have an enjoyable experience.

Had an issue with an order Gavin helped me out and fixed everything. Everyone that works there are really nice and go out of there way to help. If you’re purchasing ANYTHING I would do it at this store to have peace of mind.

Best location if you’re looking for the largest variety of items in stock. I get all my drum machines (MPC) from here. Pretty laid back and knowledgeable staff.

Avoid at all cost! These guys are using their brand to scam people. I’ve had better experiences on reverb and eBay. Avoid at all cost. I saw an add for a used Pioneer DJ XDJ-700 DJ Controller on their website. I called the store several times throughout the process to get confirmation on the touch screen sensitivity, original packaging, and health of the unit overall. Freddy shared that it was a return because of issues with the usb, but after he tested it, he said it worked and he concluded it was user error. I also spoke to Christian that day who said that it had the original packaging. Unfortunately once I got it, it was in a different box, and it didn’t come with the stand or the link cable (never mentioned it was missing in the ad). Then, I saw the USB A and it was visibly defective. I’m guessing that Freddy maybe checked the USB B, and that worked, but the USB A is actually more important because that’s how it updates. Once my tech opened it up, he confirmed that it was indeed busted and the assembly board was also damaged. This was sold to me as a working board and it was priced that way. I’ll be lucky if I can get it working and I feel duped all around. Avoid at all cost.

Went here to buy a pedal for my keyboard for a church event. I came here before with my uncle to buy a guitar. But today Shaun helped me out find a keyboard pedal that is suitable for all keyboards and he provided me the best one and he provided excellent service.
