They have rooms in which you can test the instruments, pedals, amps, etc. If you asked me one place to go buy a guitar in Chicago, this is the place.

If not for the avoidance of rush hour traffic going home we would have stayed much longer. We spent only 3 hours there. I bought a Boss Chorus pedal for my acoustic guitars.
