AMW was such a wonderful surprise. I came in looking for a piano tuner recommendation and I ended up with that and more. I met with Bobbie who was just a joy to talk to and discuss all of my needs. They have a slightly smaller showroom, but it was filled with great pianos at great prices including a couple of Baldwins. If you're in the market for a piano, a tuner or piano lessons, I highly recommend stopping by and spending some time here. They are an awesome, friendly and knowledgeable location.

I was searching for one for primarily my use, as well as my daughter's, as she is advancing in her lessons. They assisted me in my selection of a Steinway Model S 5'1" Baby Grand Centennial Edition piano, of which I purchased directly from their store, at a more than fair price. Not only did they assist me in choosing the right piano for my family, they ensured that the measurements were accurate in not only the room I wanted it placed in, but also that it would fit through the door and hallways it would have to be taken through to get into the desired location of my home. Along with the other measurements, they even made sure there was enough room for the movers themselves, which I honestly did not take into consideration, so that was incredible. They drove and moved the piano into my home. I have to admit, due to the size of the piano and weight, I was nervous. But they moved it in on time, and flawlessly without any trouble or damages. They set it up for me, and it had even been cleaned and polished before entering my home. Once it was set up, it looked extravagant! My daughter was thrilled! It was even in tune after the long-distance drive it has to endure to arrive to my house. It sounded and looked magnificent! The employees and movers were far beyond sufficient and amazing with every single step of the way. They were so kind and polite, and delivered not just an extraordinary piano to my home, but incredible customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend this store for all your piano needs. I know I will be going back to them, for certain!
