I popped in for a quick stop, just wanted to try out a particular model I had been researching online. Left my friend in the car with the engine running. Tom was very helpful and showed me exactly what I was looking for, he was very knowledgeable and explained several different options. Before I knew it an hour had passed, my friend was not happy.

I walked in to the Network Wednesday afternoon looking for a specific digital piano for practicing on and they had exactly what I was looking for at internet price. I could not argue with that at all! I asked for a stand and carry bag and believe it or not, just what I was looking for at very reasonable price. I’d really rather buy a digital piano local and give our community the business. Everyone...be sure you let these accommodating folks help you before you order online. Recently bought a old and rather battered piano from the section of the store way in the back (hah). I love the thing! I felt it was a great deal and the gentleman that sold it to me was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was a cinch--they were willing to coordinate schedules with me with no problems at all. My daughter and I couldn't be happier.

For 30 years my wife and I dreamt of getting a baby grand piano. We found Piano Network and, with the help of Shay and Matt, we were able to buy a beautiful 5'8" Yamaha. It also has a silent feature that allows a person to play the piano (using headphones) while not interrupting other's conversations. When the piano arrived, there's was a slight adjustment that was required. Matt dropped everything on the day it was delivered and diagnosed the problem. He worked relentlessly to resolve the technological adjustment in the silent feature and we were up and running. We have been extremely happy with Piano Network and the service that they provide.

I bought an Artist Yamaha C6 Concert Grand from currrent Piano Network owners Matt & Larry Waldhoff, which I love and still play every weekend at the Possum Trot Supper Club Danville, Il. I purchased it about 20 years ago when they were with Samuels. Fortunately they asked me over 2 years ago to help represent Piano Network a great new store in Champaign. I am proud to work for them,Yamaha, Allen Organs, and represent and offer these World Class instruments.
