Sep 07, 2024 · Brynn GabrielI purchased a Tele from reverb. When it got to me the box was ripped and like anyone purchasing an instrument online fears I was worried the guitar was damaged. I took it in and Danny worked with me to get the guitar to Rory to give it a good once over and give it a good set up. One of my tuning pegs had been bent in shipping. Rory not only got the peg straight but also swapped strings for me and gave it a killer set up. I showed up later than expected and he still got it done same day! Danny called me and went through everything thing with me also notified me it was ready to be picked up. While I didn’t purchase the instrument from them they showed me above and beyond service. This is what you don’t get at big box stores! From here on out it’s Flores or nothing for me! If you are on the fence about where to get your next Guitar please give Flores a chance. If how I was treated today is any indication of how they conduct their business you will absolutely have no regrets whatsoever! Thank you again Danny and team. You earned my business going forward as long as the good Lord allows me to play!

It's incredibly quiet, potentially defective. I went in to ask about returning it for store credit with the intent of spending more money on a different cabinet and was told they could not do that. I'm just befuddled. I wanted to give them more money.

I spoke with 2 of the staff members prior to my trip and they were both super friendly and very helpful. They even took the 2 basses off their Reverb site to make sure no one purchased them before I had a chance to try them out. I highly recommend their shop. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Also noticed they had some really nice gear beyond the instruments I purchased.

The guys there were the first I've encountered who were humble and genuine. No pretense. No judgment. Old school kind and sincere. Could have stayed just to keep talking guitars and learning.
