I needed some vintage Sansui Speakers serviced and repaired. Bill did a great job evaluating the woofer surround damage and was able to find a quick, effective, and inexpensive solution. Maybe I was lucky with timing and their schedule but I had the speakers back within 24hrs sounding better than they ever have. Outstanding service and work by Bill and Spectrum Sound! I would absolutely recommend and use them again!

Jul 23, 2020 · Warren McCreaI see some recent negative reviews for Spectrum Sound and I have to wonder what planet these people live on. Nov 25, 2021 · Baz IndyWe run a local music business that depends on our gear to be profitable. Spectrum took our Sub with a 2-week repair estimate and then had it for 4 months. We lost members and profit from this exchange and all they did was knock off $100 from the total repair cost. We begrudgingly paid, but will not be using their services again. For reference, we had another sub issue and had it repaired within 2 weeks at a competitor's shop WHILE THE OTHER SUB WAS AT SPECTRUM. I know there is a benefit to shopping local and experience of the shop owner, but a lot of these hardships could have been eased if you had told us an actual estimate of time to fix the issue rather than just citing supply chain due to covid as an issue. Just from experiences elsewhere versus here, Spectrum has a lot of internal inefficiencies and has too high of a price for their work.
Aug 05, 2021 · Ricky AndersonRoland lists two authorized repair centers in the area. I first went to the one on the far north side only to discover that it was a piano store with no onsite repair people. A phone call to their outside contractor disclosed that Spectrum was the right place to get my Roland portable keyboard amp looked at. I thought I had a bad speaker but they correctly diagnosed the problem as the power adapter. I'd not hesitate to have them repair any of my Roland products.
Jan 06, 2020 · Frank M CookI took a Line 6 M9 down to these guys that was acting up. I let them know that I was on a bit of a tight schedule and would need the pedal back on my board by a certain date for a gig. They were extremely accommodating. They quoted the exact price the repair ended up being. They reply to emails quickly. Very good team of people here that have been around for long enough to know what they are talking about.
