This used to be a great location. However recently it’s been terrible. I bought my son a percussion kit and was never offered a maintenance plan to cover costs of repairs (I didn’t know that was seperate my other sons instrument came with the rental then I was able to buy it once it was paid off). When I came it for an item to be fixed I was told by the manager I “probably wouldn’t be charged” since I just bought it. Now I’m told I will be charged and it’s my fault for assuming otherwise (by said manager). They never offered to help get me the maintenance coverage I had to repeatedly ask for this. The whole time I’m blown off like none of it matters that now I have extra fees. Fix your customer service, especially in managers.

Dec 09, 2024 · Bonnie KnepperMy daughter's flute needed repaired before marching season. I dropped it off at the Toledo store to be sent out. The Defiance store called with the repair estimate and to inform me of my options. I decided to forgo repairs and purchase a new one. The gentleman on the phone (Adam?) coordinated with the Toledo store (Bailey?) and I was able to swiftly arrive at the Toledo store to pick up the new flute that was in stock. They went above and beyond for me. The coordination all happened in about 15 minutes from my drive from work to the store. Great customer service!
Jul 16, 2024 · sunbird2013 BWe made a reservation for a percussion kit for school band but the E-mail they sent back said that we were not able to get it on rent and it is out of our budget to buy and now my child has to go to boring general music instead of fun band and my child is upset because he didn’t get to go to band. And the year before they wasted 1 hour on telling us about themselves and their services and now when we try to get those services they just say no. Definitely wouldn’t suggest to trust them and book a instrument the week before school cause they will let you down by just saying no And the weird thing is that only 12-15 people get to do percussion and they don’t even keep at least 15 of them in stock so like what do they do if someone orders last min? Do they send it after like 5 days of school? Just saying DO NOT trust them by ordering last min.
