Really tough one, I like Best Buy in general put wouldn’t return unopened monitors due to a corp 14day return policy. I was on day 18. That just don’t work for unopened items in todays Amazon world, would have saved money if I bought via Amazon in the first and wouldn’t have to deal with short return policies. Will not be back anytime soon.

Jan 30, 2025 · Denny BoumaI worked with the agent at Best Buy to obtain new phones through Verizon. He said everything was handled and should be an easy process. I have had NOTHING but issues. I have had to go back to the Verizon store several times and call Verizon several times. This has been a waste of time and I would not recommend this store to anyone for a Verizon upgrade. They clearly don’t know what they are doing and have only made my life significantly harder.

Jul 20, 2024 · Monica SparksStopped in for a computer part. Wasn't really bothered by employees as we walked around. Did ask an employee a question about a computer component. They were able to give a decent answer in a polite and professional manner. The store was decently cleaned but there looked like shelves were bare in certain areas but it's not normal to see as computer and electronic components are getting hard to come by.
