When I buy a new phone I expect the key accessories to be available! After all that is a big money maker for Best Buy. Strike number 2 was the $40 fee they now charge to get data transferred from my old phone to the one I just bought at Best Buy!! Cash grab or what! I just went to T-Mobile instead and guess what, no charge there!
