She was professional and very communicative, and truly exceeded my expectations. Also, the piano movers used (Piano Wizards) were fantastic. The whole experience was exceptional!

In my search, I called Madison Piano Place and spoke with the office manager, Deb. I found her to be very helpful, thorough, prompt, and pleasant. Because of her, I ordered my piano from Madison Piano Place. And to top it off, the price was better than all the rest. Highly recommend! Update addition: I’ve now had my GP607 Roland mini grand digital piano for two months and am so pleased. Deb helped me via phone to download two apps that work with the piano. Her excellent and pleasant service continued after my purchase. She goes above and beyond!

Deb in the business office was easy to work with. Steinway's price beat another dealer's price for a similar piano by several thousand dollars. The delivery men were professional and courteous. We can't wait to use our piano and expect to have it for many years.
