I like the fact that I can always find something new and interesting here. I enjoy just walking up and down the different sections and aisles looking.
Dec 03, 2024 · joshua GossPlaced an order online for pick up. Order was ready 15 minutes after I placed it (11:09am), did not go to pick up my order until after 3pm. There was no sign for where to pick up your online orders first, secondly my book was no where to be located. I was there for 15 mins while they searched for my book, but before my book was found, a customer service rep went out to the floor and grab the book I ordered , scanned the book and basically wanted me to pay for a second book when I already paid for my pick up order. I did not understand why I would pay for another book when my order was ready and paid for. Another rep asked me if I had the book and they could print out a copy. Why would that even be an option to print out a book or even to ask me if I had the book IF I AM HERE TO PICK UP AN ORDER THAT WAS READY FOR PICK UP AT 11:09am.. i ordered a special edition and to suggest I would even want a printed copy is mind blowing. I believe they called a manager and she comes up to the front and finds my book down in a pile of other things at the end right of the back. I am not understanding why my book was not placed where other pick up items was on the shelf especially sense my book was done 4 hours before I came to pick it up. NOT OK!!!! All I was offered was some bookmarks for my inconvenience..
Jan 03, 2025 · K JonesBig store. A Ton of people sitting and laying in the aisles.. very difficult to walk through the aisles and look at the selections. One person was laying a cross the aisle, eating, and using the carpet as a napkin...... The store itself was well organized, but messy.. trash on the floor, people laying on the floor, aisle blocked. Starbucks was also messy and dirty, and the tables and chairs we all in bad shape. Felt like the chairs were going to collapse from under you at any moment.

They even looked it up and said they have nothing under boxing. They also had nothing under martial arts. I guess they think it's to violent to carry. Went to another small book store and found both topics in supply. Won't be returning to ol Barnes again.
