I am absolutely amazed with the repair service and customer service I received. I needed a repair for my Yamaha ybs 52 bari sax and Paul, the owner was more than happy to check my horn out and address the issues it had. Once I received my bari back from repairing, I play tested it and it played like brand new which I was very happy. Paul has very reasonable prices and his costumer service is excellent. If you need any repairs, Paul is the guy to work with and he’ll tell you what your horn needs with complete honesty. I will definitely be coming back!

Jan 07, 2025 · Stealth GhostDoes not live up to the hype AT ALL. Took my horn in for a bent Eb and a few leaks. They told me it'd be two weeks. Cut to two months later and several phone calls from me and they're telling me "oh it's at the top of the queue". Had to wait another two weeks after that. Repair was good, but two and a half months without a horn as a jazz major in college was devastating. Repairs are good but if you don't have the time don't bother.
Feb 04, 2025 · Belle UlloaBought a baritone from them, incredible quality on the horn, they put great work into even their lower priced horns, the shipping process was well done and the packing was incredible, it was probably a little too much packing! But they always had the customers ideals in mind, Paul was always looking at things in my best interest, dealing with their customer service was a little tricky at times, slow and email reply time and only having phone calls as the alternative, but other than that, PM Woodwinds really knows what they're doing.
